At Bestor, we stand by the quality of our products and value your trust. When you purchase directly from our website, you get an exclusive 30-day extended warranty on top of the standard warranty period.

We offer exchanges or gift cards (no cash refunds) under these conditions:
- Defective/Damaged/Wrong Products: Report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing & handover videos.
- Out-of-Stock Items: Receive a gift card valid for 1 year.
- Warranty-Based Replacements: Products within 6-month warranty can be shipped to our Delhi service center for repair or replacement (takes 1–2 weeks).
Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled with a full gift card refund by contacting support@bestor.in.
After Dispatch: Cancellations are not accepted post-shipping. Refer to Return & Exchange for issues.
Important Terms:
- Proof of purchase is required.
- All replacements subject to inspection.
- Claims capped at invoice value or MRP.
- Final discretion rests with Bestor.
